No Power
The battery may be incorrectly installed. Remove the battery and ensure that the contact points of the battery are connected to the terminals of the cellphone. Check if the battery is level with the back edges of the cellphone.

Factory Re-set
All data in the phone memory will be lost! Press and hold on the following (in sequence):
- Shutter Key (right side of the phone)
- Scroll Key (left side of the phone)
- Power Key (top of the phone)
Hold until the Pocket PC has gone back to factoy settings.
