Hi Ka-Tropa, there’s no need to pay to claim your 1-year warranty as long as it is not caused by user fault or mishandling. We advise you to bring your MyPhone unit to the nearest Solid Service Center Branch (Sony Service Center) in your area.
Hi Ka-Tropa, it can be caused by the following:
- Installation of bulky apps, or
- overcharging of battery or frequent draining of battery.
To avoid this, here are some tips:
- Uninstall or disable apps you don’t use often,
- Do not overcharge your battery, and do not let it drain to 0% battery, and
- Clear your phone’s memory using an app cleaner or you may do so manually via your phone’s Settings.
Hi Ka-Tropa! If you forgot your phone password, you can try to reset your unit to go back to factory settings. Here’s how:
- Press/hold Power button + Volume up button then wait for boot mode options to appear.
- Choose the recovery mode and click volume down. After the android logo appears, quick press power button and volume up button then choose wipe data/factory reset option.
If the problem is still not fixed, please visit your nearest MyPhone service center and ask for assistance.
